Terms of Service

1. The Service

My Design Blueprint is a digital product that delivers a personalized interior design Blueprint based on your responses to an intake questionnaire. The Blueprint includes design direction, layout guidance, material and color recommendations, and access to the AI-powered Assemble My Room tool, which evaluates furniture and decor against your design profile. The Blueprint is delivered digitally via email. No physical product is shipped.

2. Purchase and Payment

By completing a purchase, you authorize Grow Bonzai LLC to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. All prices are in US dollars and are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Refund Policy

Because My Design Blueprint is a personalized digital product delivered upon completion of the intake questionnaire, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your Blueprint, contact us at hello@mydesignblueprint.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Not Professional Design Advice

My Design Blueprint provides general interior design guidance based on your stated preferences and room characteristics. It is an educational and planning tool, not a substitute for licensed interior design services. Recommendations are directional in nature. We make no guarantee that any specific furniture, color, or layout choice will achieve a particular result in your space. Final design decisions and all purchases remain entirely your own responsibility.

5. The Assemble My Room Tool

The Assemble My Room tool uses AI to evaluate products against your Blueprint. This evaluation is advisory only. Product availability, pricing, dimensions, and materials should be verified directly with the retailer before purchase. We do not endorse, affiliate with, or receive compensation from any retailer or product evaluated through the tool.

Each Blueprint includes up to 50 AI-powered product checks and room verdicts. Once the limit is reached, no additional checks are available for that Blueprint.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, copy, and functionality of My Design Blueprint is the intellectual property of Grow Bonzai LLC. You may use your Blueprint for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Blueprint or service without our express written permission.

7. User Conduct

By using My Design Blueprint, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in the intake questionnaire.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to interact with the service.
• Resell or commercially distribute your Blueprint to third parties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

My Design Blueprint is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Bonzai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including purchases made based on Blueprint recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Blueprint.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers to enable payment processing, email delivery, data storage, and AI-powered features. Your use of the service is subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding the service, we ask that you contact us directly at hello@mydesignblueprint.com before initiating any formal legal action. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
